Rentals:

Companies operating within the S&T Park are offered a rental discount of up to 50%, in dependence on the company character and the extent to which it meets the Park's objectives.

Services:

Companies operating within the S&T Park are free to use the services and technical facilities of the Institute, supported by services provided by external firms. 

Technologies: 

Having fulfilled certain conditions, the firms operating within the S&T Park are allowed to employ technologies belonging to the company of Nuclear Research Institute Řež plc (provided the Institute's proprietary know-how is duly protected).

Services rendered by the S&T Park

Consultancy services:

in founding companies and compiling Business Plans; in giving patent / technology / certification / financial / legal and marketing counsel; in providing accountancy management. 

Technical services: 

such as supplies of energies and media; telephone connection; removal of municipal waste and sorted waste; mail room; copying & printing dept.; scientific library; internet connectivity; exhibition premises ; conference premises ; reception desk; cafeteria; canteen ; restaurant; hotel, lodging facility; workshops; laboratories. 

S&T Park premises and facilities are well fitted for: 

• research and development;
• office activities;
• storage purposes;
• chemical operations;
• technologies;
• facilities requiring that sources of neutron and gamma radiation are utilized;
• facilities requiring 7/24 security surveillance.
