In May 2022, a unique modernisation of the radiopharmaceutical production facilities took place at the PET Centre of ÚJV Řež, located within the premises of Na Homolce Hospital. The original particle accelerator – a Cyclone 18/9 cyclotron supplied by IBA, which had been in operation there for 23 years – was replaced by the latest model, the Cyclone KIUBE from the same company.
